The Department of Administrative Affairs and Human Resources concluded on Thursday, Nov. 24, 2016, a training program for the staff on “How to Write a Scope of Work”. The program was carried out over two days where it meant to develop and improve the performance and capabilities of the staff working in the field of writing scopes of work for projects.

Moreover, the program aims to introduce the processes of building, following up and controling the scope of work. It also addresses the barriers confronted, methods and tools of collecting stakeholders’ needs as well as understanding the components of the Scope Statement of Work.

 Additionally, the program helps participants to create a WBS Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), define the scope verification mechanisms based on the outputs of the project, and then study of the processes of change management within the scope of the project or program.
