The Human Resources at Talemia Company for Educational services has conducted a training program on the implementation of management processes skills entitled “ Planning, Organization and Control” over two days for the company’s employees. This program comes within the framework of work development, staff performance improvement and job competences enhancement.
The training program, specialized in the management field, aims to orient the participants on the principles of planning, implementation, organization and control, and their impact on the success of both individuals and institutions. The employee can create and prioritize his own measurable vision and goals at the personal and institutional levels.
The program also allows staff to apply best practices in scheduling work, defining timelines, determining required budgets and choosing appropriate resources.
In addition to the above objectives, the program enables the participants to acquire mechanisms to increase personal efficiency by using time management tools, prioritizing tasks, focusing on work and avoiding disruptions.
