Talemia Company for Educational Services received on Monday, August 5, 2016, the sons and daughters of its employees. This comes as part of a program (Talemia kids) to be closely acquainted with the work environment of their parents. The kids were taken in an orientation tour around the sections and departments of the company. They visited the CEO Office and the office of the Executive Director of Talemia Project and then toured the Information Center that belongs to the Content and e- Solutions Sector. Further, the Strategic Management Office presented a brief training program on project management for the kids aged 12 years and above.
Then, the children attended an entertainment program where gifts fitting their ages were distributed, and commemorative photos with their parents were taken during the ceremony.
The program comes as part of role of the Department of Administration and Human Resources to take care of the internal work environment of the employees, and the development of the kids’ sense of their parents and sharing them shouldering their responsibilities.
