The Tatweer Company for Educational Services (T4edu) 2016 Annual Report is aligned with the views of our wise leaders that place
great emphasis on the welfare of Saudi citizens. This is clearly highlighted in the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and the National Transformation
Program that are based on investment in human resources through education and training. Education has always been the focus of
our leaders’ starting with King Abdulaziz Al Saud, may Allah bless his soul, up to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman
bin Abdulaziz, may Allah protect him, along with His Highness the Crown Prince and His Highness the Deputy Crown Prince.

The accomplishments of T4edu integrated with the funding provided by our forward thinking government, as part of the King
Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Public Education Development Project, along with the support of His Excellency, the Minister of Education,
contribute to achieving the goals of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and the initiatives relating to education in the
National Transformation Program.

T4edu seeks to strengthen its ties with the Ministry of Education and promote the quality of the products and services provided for
the Ministry through educational solutions in the areas of school and professional development, early childhood education, special
and inclusive education, e-solutions, extra-curricular activities, sports, and entertainment programs as well as health promotion
programs.

Furthermore, T4edu has established international, regional and local partnerships with educational organizations that have vast
expertise in the education field. These partnerships contribute to the development and quality of T4edu’s products and services.
In addition, T4edu has laid the foundations for sustainable development and community partnerships with non-profit sector in the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In collaboration with its partners, T4edu has developed and delivered many projects thanks to our partners’
cooperation and responsiveness to T4edu’s and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s needs, which make a significant contribution to the
educational goals of the Kingdom.

Above all, the dedication and hard work of my colleagues, who are highly trained, experienced and competent, play a key role in
delivering tangible results from their commitment and dedication to the educational needs and goals of the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia. We are proud of our national staff; we learn and grow together to build a thriving and prosperous nation.
